Delight in a new expression of the much-loved and iconic Rider-Waite-Smith tarot, told through the hauntingly lovely lens of every witch’s favorite time of year, Autumn. In a season that’s as much about harvest as it is about release, let Lorriane Anderson guide you on a journey through fall’s shadows as well as its beauty.
Anderson has adapted the Major arcana cards to befit the iconography of Mabon. Rather than names such as the Fool and the World, the Major arcana here is named from Descending to Winter here. These cards represent the major energies one might experience in life.
With evocative illustrations by Tijana Lukovic, cozy blankets and falling leaves inspired by Mabon seamlessly mesh with the veiled figures and shadowy creatures of Samhain, inviting you to embrace the power of being poised between past and future, unlocking profound guidance hidden in the depths of your inner wisdom.
